See the really tall fellow. That is Evan Dougherty. When I first sold his parents property in Southern Shores he was in a stroller. That was in 1987. Now he is way over six feet tall. Since then the Dougherty's have bought two more properties. Aguarius and Aries on the oceanfront. Makes me feel old. Make sure and check out the Rental Dept. taking care of the leftovers. Yes after we fed 497 people there was still plenty of food.
